Start-Up Charity Aims to Build High-Level Wellness Centers
of Influence adapted for the needs of At-Risk Youth.
Paul A. Jacobson, M.D. a/k/a "Coach Dr. J"
is on a mission to do something positively innovative
to help at-risk youth who find themselves engaged within
a system that won't.
As in the Russell H. Conwell classic story, Acres of
Diamonds, Dr. J was searching for someone who could use
the help. He had to look no further than his own backyard.
Years of experience with a wide spectrum of community
agencies and provider organizations serving difficult
populations of troubled kids, led Dr. J to discover the
multitudes of children who are in need. Substance abusers,
self-mutilators, cutters, disruptive & oppositional
defiants, troublemakers, sexual & physical abuse victims,
juvenile delinquents, academic underachievers, the pervasive
& developmentally delayed, chronic runaways, victims
of broken homes and the list goes on and on.

by pools of drowning children. Everyone needs to do their
share and offer to help rescue these young human lives."
Dr. J exclaims.
Dr. J, a part-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist,
Forensic Examiner & Sports Medicine Physician and
full-time medical entrepreneur decided to create a charity
to raise funds in order to build high-level wellness centers
of influence adapted specifically for kids that are emotionally,
behaviorally and academically challenged. Prevtech International
Foundation, Inc. is an innovative solution alternative

nesting ground of sorts and serves as the common watering
hole for soaring eagles from the many walks of life that
can mentor youth with time tested success principles."
